Construction Site C. - Building Facades

The project for the new façade of the “C” corporate headquarters aims to establish a strong architectural identity and showcase a company at the forefront of the innovative energy sector.
The design features a double-skin metal façade made of micro-perforated sheet metal (or mesh) that wraps around the building, creating a harmonious dialogue with the large windows and existing structural elements.

Architecture and functionality

The ventilated façade ensures:

• Solar protection and reduced energy consumption
• Natural ventilation for interior spaces
• A dynamic visual effect through the interplay of transparency and light
• Aesthetic continuity with the building’s architectural style

The cladding was designed to avoid the need for demolishing existing floor slabs, ensuring balconies and terraces remain fully usable.

To anchor the panels, a substructure made of 100x50x4 mm aluminum hollow sections was created; this is secured using steel brackets and integrated into the existing structures, which were suitably reinforced.
