TrackDesign for the Historic Theater "Bellotti Bon"

Restoration, rehabilitation, and redevelopment through metal engineering.

As part of the restoration and structural reinforcement project for the historic “Bellotti Bon” Theatre in Cascina (Pisa), TrackDesign (a brand of Ali6) had the honor of contributing advanced technical solutions, custom-designed based on the provided technical drawings. This project combines respect for architectural heritage with the precision of certified metalwork.

Metal floor structure
We handled the design and supply of the metal floor structure, ensuring maximum reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Execution Class EXC3 according to UNI EN 1090
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (S275JR) and trusses (S355JR)
• Connections using high-strength 8.8 bolts – ISO 4014/4032

Iron staircases
To ensure building accessibility and safety, we designed and supplied new metal staircases meeting the highest quality standards:
• Structural steel (S275JR/S275H)
• EXC3 certified welding according to UNI EN 1090 and ISO 5817
• Protective coating compliant with EN ISO 12944 standards for >15-year durability
• Precision functional tolerances – Class 1

Aluminum composite cladding
To complete the project, we designed and supplied cladding made of aluminum composite panels (Alucobond or similar), installed using a cassette system with concealed fixings. • Ventilated façade featuring folded panels in burnished/golden tones
• Substructure composed of channel profiles with a patented panel-mounting system
• Structural integration with a galvanized and painted metal staircase
