Fabrication and installation of a galvanized steel canopy
Supply and installation of a canopy featuring a galvanized steel load-bearing structure—welded and bolted—complete with base plates, custom-sized anchor bolts, brackets, and fixing accessories. The roofing consists of 40 mm thick, dual-pitch insulated sandwich panels designed to ensure thermal insulation and weather resistance. The system includes gutters and flashing for proper rainwater drainage, as well as front cladding with an aesthetic fascia.
Double sided sign with steel structure
Supply and installation of a double-panel sign featuring a high-strength steel support structure and frame,
designed to ensure visibility and long-term durability ideal for commercial and industrial settings.
- Dimensions: approx. 58.90 × 16.20 m
- Total area: approx. 955 m²
- Height: approx. 5.9 m (The roof will be higher than the window band of the existing warehouse and lower than the window band of the new warehouse)
- Column spacing: 8.15 m
- Steel structure weight: approx. 40 t
- Treatments: hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1461:2009
- Roofing: made of self-supporting polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulated panels, 40 mm thick (as per technical data sheet)
- Gutters and flashings: gutters and flashings made of pre-painted sheet metal (8/10 mm thick), complete with fixings and sealing
- Skylights: certified UV-resistant multi-wall polycarbonate, 2.5 mm thick, type ALVEROOF 5G
- Fascia cladding: sheet metal cladding for the front section of the structure (approx. 17 m)
- Anchor bolts: foundation anchor bolts for connection to the foundation.
